Aurora Jiu Jitsu Events

Gracie Jiu Jitsu Aurora is hosting a FREE Women's Self Defense Seminar from 1 PM - 3:30 PM at our Main Location (601 Salida Way, Suite B6, Aurora, CO 80011).

In this special 2-hour Seminar, you will get a brief orientation on the history of BJJ and then you will learn several techniques that range from non-violent neutralization techniques to deadly force options (if needed). Ages 13+ welcome (due to PG13 content) shared during presentation.
