Coach Ethan Debelak

Ethan has been doing Gracie Jiu-Jitsu since he was born and has been through every program and curriculum that Gracie Jiu-Jitsu has to offer. He also loves to practice judo, wrestling, and kickboxing on top of his jiu-jitsu training. He has proven his jiu-jitsu multiple times against high level opponents. He truly believes jiu-jitsu is the most important and effective form of self-defense to learn.

His Story

He enjoys teaching, coaching and training Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and has made it a way of life. Ethan is first and foremost dedicated to teaching GJJ as a complete self-defense system. Ethan has competed in many sport BJJ tournaments under many organizations.

Ethan is a Brown Belt Stripe 4 in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Tony Debelak, Master Ryron Gracie, and Master Rener Gracie, the grandsons of the Grandmaster and creator of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu – Helio Gracie. Ethan completed the Gracie Academy Instructor Certification Program (ICP) 2023, Women Empowered Pink Belt 2018, BBS 1 – 4 and PBS 1 - 2 Qualified. Safewrap Certification March 2025.
